Excellent Hotel Experience

helpful staff clean room evening entertainment
The reception staff was helpful . I found the room to be very clean with excellent amenities. The entertainment each evening was of a very high standard, with talented performers.
The lift was quite slow and small. It was difficult to fit luggage and several people at once.

helpful staff good quality central location
the staff were great and helpful. the evening meal had good quality. breakfast met my expectations with its value. location suited me. it was placed well in the center.
the room smelled a little funny, but it was sorted quick.

great bed linen attentive staff
the premier double room i booked included great bed linen i found tea and coffee facilities were also available. the staff were impeccably attired and wonderfully attentive i noted they couldn't have done any more to assist.
the walls are very thin i could hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms and squeaky floorboards above.
